1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Staitement, a financial management platform operated by Premier Trading (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
Staitement provides cloud-based accounting and financial management software, including but not limited to: bookkeeping, invoicing, bill management, bank account connections, financial reporting, and AI-assisted accounting features. Our services are designed for businesses including agricultural operations, small and mid-size businesses, and multi-entity organizations.
3. Account Registration
To use Staitement, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Financial Data & Bank Connections
Staitement may connect to your financial institutions to retrieve transaction data. These connections are facilitated through secure third-party providers (such as Stripe Financial Connections). By using these features, you authorize us to access and retrieve your financial data for the purpose of providing our services. We do not store your bank login credentials.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Staitement only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the platform to engage in fraudulent activity, violate any applicable laws or regulations, or infringe upon the rights of others.
6. Payment & Billing
Certain features of Staitement require a paid subscription. Pricing details, billing frequency, and payment terms will be presented to you at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Staitement — including software, text, graphics, logos, and design — are the property of Premier Trading and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
Staitement is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Premier Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Staitement at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
